Key Terms for .UK Domain Names

Registration: Our base registration includes the domain name registration. Additional services (hosting, email, etc.) are available separately.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Availability: Domain names are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific domain name.
Pricing: We offer competitive, personalized pricing. Each customer receives a custom quote based on their needs. We frequently match or beat competitor pricing.

Renewals & Expiry

We will contact you by email or phone with an invoice before your domain expires
If we don't receive a response, we will send two additional reminders
If you still don't respond, we will allow the domain to expire and be deleted
Many customers work on a credit basis - contact us to arrange renewal and we'll invoice you the following month
Some customers require payment before renewal - we will renew upon receipt of payment

Transfers & Cancellations

No charges for transferring your domain to another registrar
No charges for cancelling your service
No charges for transferring domains to us from another provider
